If you have been granted the right to display CoachLink's logo or link(s) on your Web site via an Agreement, CoachLink hereby grants to you a nonexclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable right to display the CoachLink logo on your Web site solely in connection with the terms and conditions hereunder. You agree not to alter or modify the CoachLink logo or display the CoachLink logo in any manner that is disparaging or otherwise damages CoachLink’s goodwill. Your breach of any of the foregoing obligations may result in immediate termination of your Agreement by CoachLink. Upon termination or expiration of your Agreement, you will promptly remove any CoachLink logos and links from your Web site.
